Enquiry details (name, phone, city), admission records (child DOB, health and allergy notes, authorised-pickup photos), app usage, fee history, and CCTV footage from classrooms and common areas.
To run the school safely: verifying who picks up your child, feeding them correctly, reaching you in an emergency, and showing you their day through the parent app. Never for advertising, never sold.
Live feeds are visible only to verified parents of that centre during school hours. Recordings are encrypted, stored 30 days, then deleted. Footage is shared externally only on lawful request.
Appear in your app feed by default. Any use beyond that — the gallery wall, our website, social media — needs your written consent per photo context, revocable anytime (point 40 of our safety standard).
Data lives on servers in India, encrypted in transit and at rest. Staff access is role-based and audit-logged; app access ends when you leave, and records are purged per statutory timelines.
See, correct, or export your family data anytime through the centre head; deletion honoured within 30 days of leaving, except records law requires us to keep. Complaints go first to privacy@growingsteps.in.
