How live CCTV works

1

Verify once

At admission, both parents get verified app accounts tied to your child's centre and classroom.

2

Peek anytime

Open the app during school hours for the live classroom feed — plus photos, meals eaten and nap notes.

3

Stored safely

Footage is encrypted, kept 30 days, and never leaves our servers. Nobody outside your centre can view it.

If something happens

The exact protocol, no sugar-coating

Scrapes and tumbles are part of childhood. Here's precisely what happens next, every time.

0 min

Didi + nurse respond

First aid on the spot; your child is comforted, never left alone.

5 min

You get a call

Always — even for a small scrape. Never a surprise at pickup.

Same hr

Doctor decides with you

On-call paediatrician on the phone; hospital tie-up within 3 km if ever needed.

Same day

Logged in your app

Incident note signed by the centre head — what happened, what we did.

When your child is unwell

Fever, rash or an upset tummy? We call you right away, move your child to the cosy sick bay with the nurse, and log everything in the app. For anything serious, the on-call paediatrician decides next steps with you on the phone — and we keep your child comfortable until you arrive. Children return 24 hours after a fever breaks, so every child in the room stays protected.

Audited, not assumed

Dr. Nandita Rao's safety team visits every centre once a quarter, unannounced, and scores all 42 points. Centres below 40 get a fix-it week and a re-audit. Every centre's latest score hangs framed at reception — ask to see it on your visit, along with the full safety handbook.

Dr. Nandita Rao

Head of Child Safety · paediatrician · wrote the standard in 2015

"A safety rule that lives in a binder protects nobody. Ours hang framed at reception, scored in red pen, four times a year. Ask any centre head to show you — they're proud of those sheets."

See it with your own eyes

Book a safety walk-through — we'll show you the kitchen, the CCTV room and the audit scores, not just the pretty classrooms. The centre head confirms your slot within 24 hours.

Walk-throughs run every weekday, 9 am–1 pm
