TimingsPickup 45–20 minutes before school; drop-off within 40 minutes of the bell. The app pings you 10 minutes before your stop.
HandoverOnly pre-authorised adults can receive a child at the stop — same photo-ID rule as the school gate. No adult at the stop? The child rides back to school and we call you.
