A seat is confirmed on payment of the registration fee and receipt of the admission form and documents. The gentle-start week is part of every enrolment. Batches are capped; seats are first-come.
Monthly fees are due by the 5th. Annual-plan payments equal 11 months. Registration is non-refundable; unused full months are refunded if you withdraw with 30 days written notice.
Photo-ID pickup, the sick-child policy, and the medicine-authorisation flow in the Parent Handbook are conditions of enrolment — they protect every child, including yours.
App access is personal to verified caregivers. Recording, downloading, or redistributing CCTV feeds is prohibited and ends access; misuse involving other children may be reported.
Ratios of 1:5 (toddlers) and 1:8 (3–6 yrs), background-verified staff, quarterly 42-point audits, and same-day incident reporting — at every centre, franchise or company-owned.
Fee or policy changes come with 60 days notice, effective next term. Disputes go first to the centre head, then head office; courts of Pune have jurisdiction.
